Sir, what doc seller should provide to buyer? Seller if can issued the bill of lading for ex work shipment ? Who should be paid Bl fee? Local charges? Thank you

Hello! Thank you for your questions. I hope the answer below will be helpful. If the shipment is Ex Works, the seller is only responsible for providing the buyer with a commercial invoice and packing list. The buyer is responsible for all logistics arrangements starting from the seller's premises. Therefore, the Bill of Lading should be handled by the buyer. Additionally, both end terminal handling charges and other local charges will also be the responsibility of the buyer.
