Just to be clear...it's the 40th anniversary of the Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker. TVWB will be celebrating 25 years online in 2023.

Simple, get the Hunsaker SS hanging ring. I've done 14 tri tips at once with room to spare (catering event). Mad Swine BBQ has a video doing 22 racks of pork ribs, single cook. You'll remove the water pan and for shorter cooks (< 4 hrs) I use a Vortex upside down (larger diameter facing up) as my charcoal ring, really assisting keeping temps where I want them. The ring is pretty cheap, comes with 12 hooks (I purchased another dozen) and the owner is really responsive. Good luck!

Probably 10 or so years ago I bought "Big Green Egg Extended Racks - Folding Grill Extender BGE-201126". It was maybe 12 or 14 bucks then, looks like it went up a bit in cost, but it fits on an 18" and a kettle and I've actually used it quite a bit, any time you want meat sitting a tad higher in that dome it's good.

Great video! I know of one more way you can increase cooking space is by stacking your WSM. If you have 2 of them, of the same size. The middle section can stack onto each other. You can then cook on 4 cooking grates or 2 hanging systems. Give it a try some time.

Just completed a successful bbq mission with my 55 gallon oil drum charcoal grill. The mission was a success and completed despite strong winds. Ribs, jerk chicken, hotdogs and brats were neutralized. Modelo has fueled my tank as I am relaxing this very moment awaiting my next mission as one who is happily early retired from working in the Jungle of Corrections. Salute my fellow Veterans and grillmasters! May the "force of the cook" be with you!
