It’s pricey, and kind of busy with the pickle ball and restaurant BUT it’s modern and so close to the beach that I think it will be gone in 2-3 days after airing

Nice place, Kevin, but I have to agree with some of the comments below that call it overpriced. I think most people who are on a retirement budget cannot afford that kind of rent. It does have a stunning view, but unless you want to pay 30K for the view, I guess you can find cheaper elsewhere.

It’s definitely pricey 😉, but I do have viewers who have retired well off, and are looking for something like this. My guess is, it will be gone in 2-3 days

Bert definitely did a good job on that but there’s much more affordable places around that area for for sure if I’m going to pay over $900 a month for a place I might as well just stay in the United States and pay the high dollar over in the United States. if I go to Southeast Asia out of permanent basis, I expect a deal call me cheap Charlie I guess. See that’s the thing you get an American building a place and then you have to pay American prices or close to American prices. Either that, or it looks like inflation is hitting the Philippines, quite hard.

The Dumaguete area is VERY expensive because of all of the expats…specifically Americans. You can definitely find cheaper places on other islands…even areas in Manila and Cebu are cheaper than here and have much better restaurants and stores

that house looked up to date and brand new. i had an apartment that had full length mirrors for doors their very useful when seeing how you look all the way around before you go somewhere. the ocean view on second floor was great and i would definitely jump for those papaya their delicious

I really like the rental in Zambogeta i’m coming to Dawin for the month of February. Hoping to move to that area someday. I would consider leasing that if I were there now.👍

It’s definitely not cheap, but I bet it will be rented out in 2-3 days after this video is released just like every other rental I show. I was actually supposed to do another 50K property Monday, but the owner didn’t show up. At least that one is 7 bedrooms
