Somebody should tell them its a Webster and Bennett vertical borer. At least they are using throw away carbide tips with the correct feeds and speeds to get the material to chip not string like in a lot of the videos we see on here. Any third year apprentice would have been proud of the face off and chamfer job he's just done😀😀

Having been a hob, shaper cutter, and milling cutter design engineer for the second largest hob manufacturer in the world; I can truthfully say the title of this project is an error. There are no gear teeth being produced in this video.
