That big moving island type boat will cost more money just in fuel itself than in maintenence!! Also with all the storms at sea these days it'll be difficult to keep it afloat!! Yeah some of these ideas are geniun but will cost a stupid amount of money to operate them!!

I wonder if the turtle community is an idea for billionaires to create communities without riff-raff. They can live there with other like-minded billionaires and no one with Covid or whatever disease they are frightened about in the future can get near them. I don’t know who edited this video, but they really sucked at matching video footage with what the voice is saying. Someone should tell the editor that your supposed to match the visuals with what’s being explained, also, the wrong footage was put with the lifeboat one, it showed 3D graphics for what looked like a floating dock complex. I’m pretty annoyed too, the only one I really cared to see was the lifeboat. Suuucks

The Quiet Nerd here on KZbin built a boat using insulation boards that have paper sides and he wrapped them in fiberglass sheets--this stuff that looks a lot like a tarp? Then he painted on some clear glue-like stuff. And did another layer......fiberglass, paint... He explains every step in detail. I just cannot remember. When it was dry, he had a boat! Waterproof, and he built little things to the side to keep it afloat and steady. Note that he planned it well. He takes it out on the lake and spends the night. It's so cool--he has a little tiny motor and putts around the lake...has energy... Look for his channel here. It's much cheaper than these, and once it's made, it's way less work.
