Incredible last lap battle between Lola T70 and McLaren M1A at Goodwood 79MM

The McLaren and Lola Can-Am cars of Rob Hall and Oliver Bryant battled right to the very end of the Surtees Trophy at the 79th Goodwood Members' Meeting presented by Audrain Motorsport. The battle was a brilliant showcase of good fair racing into the final lap.

I remember this! I was in the grandstand at woodcote opposite the big screen. I remember seeing them both fly down towards the backmarkers into woodcote. So exciting! It was a great battle! Everyone was cheering and clapping as Olly Bryant got past! I loved it!
