The "floating girl from Stranger Things" created quite the stir! This was a Halloween decoration in Plainfield, Illinois, in 2022. I live close to this town and it was on the news. A neighbor was complaining about all the traffic it was causing, and they didn't like it. They lost! LOL!

I stepped on an air conditioner cord in my bedroom in 1965, I rose 6 feet straight up in the air surprising my friends that were visiting me that day....The cord was frayed, and exposed, and I made contact with the copper wires in the cord...I was not hurt at all, but I will never forget that sensation of hovering flight.....

My guess, 3:00, a cable above the bike, lifting device hidden in the cloud. The man must be supported by a cable right and left. Not above, the video later shown nothing above. Which I think it will make better sense, if by a cable from above, he will sway by the wind.

It is a truly unique tidal wave (called Bono, not of U2 though, hehe), but I often heard the wise locals advised tourists not to surf there because of the ferocious estuary/saltwater crocodiles. The Bono is such an interesting and amazing sight, though. ❤

And they have long thick cone shaped tails covered in the same hair as the rest of the body. You can almost see the tail when that one otter does a little flip in the water.
