A lot of the plants you were not familiar with were carnivorous plants. With the flytrap there were also Pinguicula (with the magenta flowers. My favorite carnivorous plant and very easy to grow) and Drosera. In the cabinets there were some Nepenthes which are a tropical pitcher plant. Very cool.

Wow thanks Ryo. Your camera work and production is always outstanding. I am wondering. I thought ADA was all about aquariums. But this store shows ADA is heading in a different direction?

Other than this store, are there any other stores in Japan you would recommend for someone that's into Aquariums, Terrariums and Paludariums? I'm visiting for the first time next month :D

Most stores have some sort of small paludarium or terrarium. I’m not sure about larger displays. Maybe you can also visit the new ADA Lab in Tokyo
