Look into the flow through worm bins, they're superior to the conventional bins allowing less chance of excessive moisture and lack of air flow. I made one with two 2x4x8ft and one sheet of plywood and pvc pipe for the bottom. I realize that it needs to be cost effective and not supply restrictive. I've thought you could use a IBC tank with top cut off and hinged, the bottom could have long strips cut out about 1" cut out full length of the tank to allow you to rake the compost out with a diy rake of pegs to remove only completed material. One tank with cage removed to use as a stand to support tank and provide structural support to tank bottom while allowing access to compost. Sorry for the ramble.

It sounds really cool. Did you make a video for this?
