Incredible Roof Cleaning and More

Today it was a late start for a big project which included cleaning a 2 story tile roof, 2 story pool cage, balcony, driveway/sidewalks, and a small fence. I used a 6% mix on the roof, Dujuan used a downstream mix on the pool cage and balcony area. Everything came out great and looked fantastic after we were finished. Yes I was. They worked good. But the heel cap wore down quite fast cause of how my shoes wear out. So it started to get my feet wet from water intrusion

Anouther great video Cliff. LOL, no offense but I wish I had roofs that clean/dirty where I am it's always the north side that gets the worst from the sun/shade combo. I’ve watched several of your tile roof soft wash videos and I didn’t see you rinse the roof. Do you rinse the SH off the tile roof or do you let it dry and stay on the roof?

I dont rinse roofs as stated on the video. I let the rain rinse it.

You don't use surfactant on roofs that's why you don't rinse???

No. I don't rinse cause there's no need to. The longer the chemical sits the cleaner the roof gets. And once the chem dries it evaporates into salt. Once it rains all that gets rinsed off.

Delevan 12v 7gpm 100psi pump. for the 12v softwash pump I use a 0040 shooter. for my pressure washer i use a davis shooter tip.
