On the video we mention that there are some steps to the property, I must say that after the video, the walk back up to the main square took less than a couple of minutes and there is an easier parking area off to the side cutting down the number of steps. In the end it was an easy walk up and it certainly would not put me off!!!

I really hate it when there are doors you don't open like the ones in the dining room! 😅😂😅😂😅😂😂 I always want to see in everything. I'd make that area downstairs you wanted to make into a bedroom as a second living room and the room with the bath as a bedroom. That's if I were going to live there. The woodwork in this house is quite beautiful. Imagine a winter's night in front of the fire with a glass of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo 😁. It's a wonderful home; I'd leave it as it is. Bravo to the owner for a gorgeous restoration. The steps could be a challenge, particularly in the winter months, but they'd give you a good work-out.

No trapdoor for me: master upstairs for me and my boo and nice space for me parents downstairs. I'll re-arrange few things here and there and try to find out if some of the small windows can get a little bit bigger with your legendary geometras but this is...ermm.. *hesitates* ... stunning!

Another place to fall in love with. I'd probably use the downstairs as a library. Since everything except the bedroom is on the main floor I don't think the stairs would be too much of an issue. This one is worthy of a few "stunnings"

Actually IS very nice. I worry about "everything" flowing downhill and backups, being near the bottom of the town. Not to mention the green zip ties! lol Imagine there may be people that could help with things a new buyer may wish to further do to update / upgrade if allowable in the town?... I also often worry if towns people would be accepting of foreignors trying to assimilate...Gosh how wonderful it all could be! You show so many wonderful places. It is comfortable to watch and listen to your presentations of each. Quite helpful and inspiring.

I'd probably have a heart attack going to and fro on the steps but I'd die in paradise. II'd change is the electric cords from white to black and that would be the only change I would make. Love the idea of the lower level being a separate rental unit, or stashing visiting friends and family so as not to get on my nerves lol.

Why do you always show mountain town homes and nothing by the sea...as in walking distance to the sea. I'm sure a lot of people are also interested in seaside towns homes.

Because these places are the most popular for our clients. From here you are within 30 minutes of the coast and towns and villages slightly inland are, in my opinion, more traditional and enjoy incredible scenery.
