Thinking Wellington has so many huge Horse and Entertainment facilities, didn't realize Florida still had this kind of space. Amazing place Matt, hope you return upon its completion. Matt, Thanks for taking us along for a sneak peek.🐎👍❤️

Love all of your videos and Vlogs -Jesse ‘ the perfect Dutch boy, so sweet and lovely and Matt’s UN-stable tours -Looking so perfect all the time you make it look effortless congratulations on all your achievements both of you. I would love it. ❤ If you move to Florida of course we could go to dinner quietly … I live just south of Wellington in Ft Lauderdale, which is very ‘friendly’ and a wonderful community you and Jesse could live happily ever after here in this beautiful Paradise this is a lovely property, but I think it’s more contemporary and cool and not as large as you had anticipated and I don’t see the pool for Jesse. definitely love you too and seeing your videos makes my day every time Thank you so much yours truly Patrick Crowley in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.❤️❤️❤️🏆🏆🏆

Thanks Matt ... there seems to be a building boom going on in Wellington, each bigger & more elaborate than the last ... glad to see the owner retained the shade trees at all costs.

12x12 is not a very big stall, especially for those large sport horses. I guess I'm an old crank because I would have made it different with an eye for the horses instead of whoever they are trying to impress. At least they've made an effort for some turnouts but not nearly enough for 35 horses. Thanks for showing us though Matt, I do like some of it.

After watching Unstable I get where Matt is coming from and appreciate the architecture, but this just makes me sad. Horses treated as commodities and pawns for humans ego and pride. 35 horses and 10 acres is puny considering most of that 10 acres has buildings or ‘function’

Perhaps you missed what the owner said in the video? He said they purchased an extra 10 acres to have grass land for turn out of the horses.

Texas always builds big. I may have missed but how many stalls actually were put in? I like the material to reduce impact of large storms. Being there, I'd install motorized windows in the percula and fan's. Solar would have helped with backup power too. Appreciate you venturing to North American. Wish you could feature some Canadian locations. Stahl H, Reine, sold most of his Friesan herd to a family in Canada. More will ship as they foal. Miss the herd... Thanks for sharing and enjoy your holiday weekend 🐇

I miss the Friesians too .... These stalls are absurdly luxury . It's very pretty but overdone , when so many people have no roof over there head these days .

Matt, I appreciate you (Horseworld TV)taking us on tours to different stable buildings and horse communities. I also appreciate that you try for objectivity and respect while acquiring information for the viewers. I would love to see a follow up on the completed stables and how the facilities function as a business (training, coaching, clinics, boarding, and sales). Hopefully, you have a lot of takeaways(do’s and don’ts) for your future stables and home.

Das ist tolle Architektur! Ich hätte allerdings weniger Gebäude und mehr Weidefläche vorgesehen! Es ist schön, dass sie wenigstens die alten Bäume "gerettet" hat!

All of the money is being put into making it luxurious for PEOPLE, but to the horses, these types of stables are closer to a fancy prison. Feel free to correct me if I missed something, but 35 stalls to 10 acres of pasture is a sad ratio... and it sounds like already much more of that land will be taken by their plans for a future house. Proper turnout and socialization is SO incredibly important and essential for healthy, happy horses, yet it seems like an afterthought for "luxury" stable designers. They seem more worried about their logo and aesthetic than providing adequate socialization and turnout. (Or even windows in the stalls!😳🙄🥺) I think it's time to stop acting like this is a luxurious life for the horses living here, when postage stamp-sized individual turnout paddocks that allow for little to no interaction, and woeful pasture-to-horse ratios seem to have become hallmarks of "expensive" barns. I hate to say it, but from what I see here, this facility (and MANY others like it) provides the bare minimum in terms of the long-term welfare of the animals have no choice in living here.

Yes, I got so caught up in the luxury of the place that I didn't stop to think about the 4 legged conscious residents who will be living there. The whole place is an ego trip for those who can afford to live & board there. No offense intended, it really is a grand place. Just remember that the well being of the animals is more important than impressing the world.

All the horses there will live a life like Totilas, which had the sadest horse life in the sport dressage horse world. No social contact to other horses, too small pasture area. The reason is always to earn a lot of money, but without looking to the real requirements to keep the horse healthy in body and mind 😢
