This is one of the best sounding trumpets that I’ve heard you play.

It has a nice sound that depends on how you push it. Mellow at the bottom and bright at the top. Great horn played by an expert.

While you always sound great, I must say this particular trumpet has one of the best sounds I've heard featured on this channel.

Beautiful sounding horn. I can see it as a solo and section horn in jazz. Didn't hear the sizzle needed for a lead horn. Sounded well suited for orchestral work. I have a general question. Why are so many horns coming out with a brushed finished. Is it a new fad or does it really add to the sound of the horn. Thanks for playing all these horns for us. I have learned to be more observant of the differences in trumpets.

I like the lower-fi takes; sometimes the sound with the your ordinary setup is too low volume and crisp for me to get an accurate idea (in my mind) of the sound shape. Just my two cents. Sounds great! Great horn!

Trent, how does that horn compare to the Shew ll as I think the bell design seems to be similar.

Totally different

What is the bore? Or more to the point what bore size does it play like?

It's a sweet instrument! The meinlsschmidt valves are so good!
