Wow! All those weeds in that gigantic pool! Love that huge kitchen (with that curved window), dining room and family room. Very spacious. Hardwood Floors give the place a warm feeling and the laundry room is bright and airy. Thanks for showing us this cool, comfortable house, Ethan!

What a pretty Georgian home on the inside & out. 🥰 Really love that addition to the kitchen, and all the wood they used. I'd bet money the cabinets and sink downstairs were in the kitchen at some point (it's an old sink style). I really like the style of this one. I would have.loved to have seen it during its better days. I love a lot.of the special features and touches. I loved the bathrooms, and fireplaces! The property is beautiful! Nice explore! 🤟✌️

Gorgeous property! I love all the trees!! The house was awesome, not too huge 😊 the basement borders on 'creepy' for the unfinished areas😮 I really liked the laundry room with all the widows. Beautiful house that could use just a little work here and there to become someones dream home. I despise the trend to knock down such nice homes in order to build ugly dense housing. A true brick house not a brick facade!! I dont think the little sunroom was meant to be a laundry room right off the living room. Nice big kitchen. The black backsplash looks painted. Love all the french doors. The property so huge and peaceful. Would love to have property such as this, with space to wander. I dont think i would have the pool so close to the house. Hi Ethan! Instead of watching TV tonight, I decided to spend my evening on KZbin watching a number of your house explorations, as I enjoy them so much. As I mentioned to you recently, you do a fantastic job filming & narrating these abandoned homes. In regard to bathrooms, I thought I'd share with you a few terms we use for them down here in the States, as I noticed you call a bath with just a toilet & sink a "two piece" bath. With just a toilet & sink, we refer to that as a "half bath". One with a toilet, sink, & shower stall but no bathtub is what we call a "three quarter bath". And one with toilet, sink, & a tub is called a "full bath" (doesn't have to have a shower stall to be a full bath). Also I have a suggestion for you. I am a retired nurse with a 37 year career, so there is nothing that grosses me out as I have seen it all & then some, but some people might be a bit disgusted by the dirty toilets in your videos. My suggestion would be for you to make a quick run through the house prior to the start of your filming, & just close all the toilet lids. That way when you film the bathrooms you will have no need to avoid the dirty toilets, or even mention them. Well my friend, keep filming, & I'll keep watching & enjoying... Chuck

That was an excellent explore. If only a house like that had some love. The girls closet, i would actually see if i could break down part of the wall to extend it. The two blue bedrooms had really nice double closets and this poor girl had half the size.

0:00 Houses here in the South have all pine especially the older ones that have original pine floors. I think I remember the last Georian style house you guys did. It was like the apts that have several units. The colors remind me of , Tlorida such as Teal and orange hues. The houses here in Ga. Have back porches. But not too many fireplaces unless in the historical side. I don't think there are too many basements.but newer houses are made of stucco. In Florida esp. hopefully it doesn't get demolished. Ps also pools are a commodity😊😊😊 because of the extreme heat in the summer. I don't advise relocating here because temps go high 90s due to climate change.😢😢😢 Hey Noah how are you???

Very nice house. Poison more likely is about the band Poison in the writing is from 1999. The girl probably did it. That pool had a forest of its own. I would love to have that house with the land. my dogs would have a field running around. ❤❤❤❤

The little thing on the roof that looks like it has 2 very small windows is a copula. Often it will have a weather vane on it. But it's just for decoration. All the videos I've watched of yours the homes have basements. Where are you located? Northern United States or Canada? Would be interesting to know as I would like to see homes in deep southern states of US. Normal looking home. Sure it was nice in it's day.

Beautiful House, but could You imagine being a Woman, dressed to the nine, high heels and You attempt to walk down those wooden steps from the bedroom, You'd go flying down those wooden steps, that's one thing I will absolutely never have, hard wood floors and wooden steps, solid wood Paneling on the walls is fine but not on the floors nor steps.
