Milligan Mile trail is so peaceful. Love that the Forest Community is left natural!

I love watching Ace having the time of his life when you guys go on these tours! (Water and bowl for the pup on those runs, please) Seriously, there are tons of us who enjoy going on virtual drives like this. Tennessee is sooooo beautiful and green and I enjoy your videos so much - the longer the better. There's a fast forward option for anyone else who might not like it.

I simply love the layout of this home ❤. I already sleep in a twin bed. I like the cozy kitchen/living room. I like the kitchen layout, because it is more open than some other kitchens that are more galley-like. I’m in a wheelchair, so it would be easier for me to move around! Thank you, again Randy, for a spectacular home.

@susanbeals75972 жыл бұрын
Exactly what I thought! A loveseat and a comfy chair in the kitchen/living area. I'd put a floor to ceiling 2'x2' closet on the top stair landing, have shoe storage in the bottom 2 stairs (with the tread on a piano hinge) and cut in some other hinged storage inside the higher stairs, with some pantry and linen storage in my office. The storage loft would double as guest sleeping space.

I was like Amanda...I thought I wouldn't like this house as much, and for exactly all the reasons Randy itemized at the end. It just has so many thoughtful, cottagey touches! I'm also noticing that just that little bit of extra window here annd there cancel out any claustrophobia some smaller tinys give me. I think that little step turn at the bottom of the stairs combined with the el corner kitchen is a brilliant use of space. Really nice unit at a very good price!

God welling, I will be able to come visit your community. I know it was so hard for you guys at first, but you did it. After this life is over, you will be rewarded in heaven for what you have done for people, you guys have amazing hearts. Life’s not all about money, and you guys gave people 2 yrs free for building their homes, and then charging people a low payment a month, so the poor people that was losing hope, you guys have put hope back into people’s hearts. I know you guys have so much stress in your lives, when you start feeling like that, remember god has blessed you all so much. And so many people you saved their lives. God bless you both.

You should through the woods put on trees tiny fairy or knome doors here and there. Something for the people to look for. You can always go i and switch them around. There is a video on a lady who did that at night in a park and the could not figure out who was doing it. Look up the video. They made them look like tiny doors and windows and yards . So cute.

This, is, one of my favorite tiny homes. I with just right. Pet Friendly stair case. Lots of light. It is a Freedmom Style Home. The bathroom tub is good, but I would rather a, shower and a small wash machine. You can always, hang dry Colthing and other items. The ladder loft should have come accross towards the back of the house. It could have side stair case leading to the loft. The back room bedroom or office could have been 3 feet longer. The kitchen could be longer to incorporate a full size Frezzer, a broom closet, pull out spice rack and pantry. There could have been closet space inside the bathroom for hanging clothed and an ironing board, place for detergents with ironing board closet on one side of the bathroom and hanging clothes closet on the other side of the bathroom with space for shoes. One side bathroom entry closet, could be a, Wallin closet with drawers for stuff like under Colthing. The top of the closet with shelves for storage of things like seasonal Colthing. It could be six feet longer. I love the floors, natural wood. ❤ In all,, it is a very good build trailer for the price. However folks have to think about where are they going to put their Colthing, bedding and linens and towels. Where are they going to stack their shoes. Can the kitchen hold appliances like slow cookers, insta pot, blender, kitchen aide mixer. It would be nice if there was steps to the secondary loft. Like side stair case, or short spyril stair case. In, all, the owner has a great value for the price. 😊
