👉 Ingredients and preparation:
4 cloves of garlic
A pinch of salt and pepper
900g pork neck
Make the cuts
Place the garlic in the holes

1/2 tsp ground pepper mixture
1/2 tsp salt

2-3 bay leaves
4 garlic cloves
15g butter
make holes so that the steam can escape
Bake for 2 hours at 170°C in a preheated oven
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp honey
remove the garlic and bay leaves
