It’s always good to watch your videos. I think this is one of your first videos, and after some time, I find it always very helpful. Just made the recipe again for my friends, but the lemons were not so good as the Amalfi lemons. Have you ever tried making this with olive oil instead of vegan butter melted? I am making a lemon glaze cake that is not vegan and that's what is used so I'm wondering if it would work for this. I'd prefer a vegan cake so I'm not having to use eggs.
