I think his peak was in 2010 between Monuments and Melodies and Chile and Argentina tour. Black Hearts Inertia has a high level tone and the 'Surface to Air' live debut was great too.

Have been incubus fan since SCIENCE and true Light Grenades was a bit...hated. Anyway, I don't think that with 8 will happen the same. 8 turned to be too mainstream, maybe it has good lyrics, but the song themselves don't have the passion and excellence good incubus fans will know. Have listened 8 like 5 times and the 5th time I was just skipping the songs. It's ok not all albums have to be good. Real Incubus fans know that Incubus has so much to give (Actually just liked one entire song, No sound in the bla bla forest bla, that one was pretty nice)

We are both a big fan and seen Incubus' concert twice during their pacific rim tour.
