At about the 55 mark Ben improvised Dirk Lance's baseline (the original bass player for this song) which pissed off and threw off Mike...it also caused some nasty interference. This is why he caught that death stare from Mike at about 1:02 and 1:07 Upset, thrown off, and not wanting to have that same nasty interference... Mike simply frets through the next couple of lines. Brandon noticed this which is why he said "I will hold you close if you're afraid of Mike!" At 1:22 to loosen the tension with some humor...he also looks directly at Ben laughing after he did it at 1:27 Gotta love live shows !

@0:55 -@1:25 This part usually has the call and response style trade offs between the guitar and bass . But in this case the bass improvised and played together with the guitar line. It seems this crowded the guitar lines . Mike got annoyed and totally stops playing his lines in protest. .Resorts to a snappy muted chord once every measure. hah Until Boyd calls him back🎉
