That's the (E) train not the (V) train. The (V) train didn't come until December of 2001.

Nice 63 st and Archer ave line was still new back then built in 1988-1989 but I thought the connection between 21 St Queensbridge and 36 Street was open on 12/15/2001 was it already open for the F train or still for B and Q train (orange)

At that Q (weekdays) and B (weekends) still terminated at 21st Street. That connection was ready for GO use. I went to NY that day to record the connection.
