What you said about the mortars getting a longer range is correct. When you upgrade a weapon with infinite upgrades, the projectile that it launches gets buffed in a few ways: damage, splash radius, and most importantly for this scenario, speed. If you have ever messed around with inifine upgrades in sandbox, you can see this in action, after enough upgrades, the projectile stops acting like a projectile with an arc that goes up and down, and more like a laser that goes straight across the map. This is also why tier 3s are much harder to do with infinite upgrades, as each upgrade will increase the cannon shot's speed, throwing off your aim.

I must say, you're the best forts youtuber pretty much ever haha. Idk why, your videos are just have better concepts, and you don't do one offs on incredible mods such as these ones. I'm definitely considering getting forts for myself one day, but for now I have your vids lol. I Just feel like you play how I would play if I had forts.
