@MYTREKSNTRAVELS not this one but many of the properties in its vicinity. For example pavitra 1 where it has been developed. One can go and check the distance from the metro. In the same campus many independent builders too built the flat and sold at cheaper rates. All these properties rajpur , mandi , dera are way away from metro. Electricity and water are common issues. These places are back to Sultanpur.And Sultanpur which has a metro just 200 meters witnesses electricity and water problems. So these places you can't imagine. Second ask any tenant the rent they are paying in these areas you can imagine the condition. In a nutshell I have visited around more than 20-30 properties in this area before finalizing. From personal experience price inflated by 10-15 lakh, usually water , electricity, garbage problem. Commuting problem especially from these places to metro. As you have to book always. From metro to these places you get that too in some time bound. Any deal (125 gaj)in these areas are not more than 488-54 lakh . 100 gaj toh 40-45. But even one of the flats gets sold at a price set by these brokers then it becomes menace for all of us.

@@MYTREKSNTRAVELS thanks, don't fall prey to these brokers. It's hard earned money . Better to get it from builders as we will have more scope to negotiate. If you are intending to buy then it's better to take out some time and visit the place you will get a lot of info. I was about to fall prey too. But luckily saved . It should not happen with anyone.
