Hi Jon. I am a fan of the 25 and not enamoured with the Cadenhead Enigma 15. In my own group of friends who enjoy single malt and blends they prefer the 25 by far over the 15 yo expression. I concur with your thoughts on the 15 and I was so disappointed in the finish! Where was the finish?! You hit this bang on! Excellent interesting thoughts and I enjoyed this video a lot! Cheers!

Very cool you have sipped both of these. The samples were small, so I have no follow up thoughts. The upfront malt part of the 15 was OK for me, but it really did fall apart at the end. Thanks for dropping in, I hope you have a great weekend.

There is no right or wrong. There is ONLY the individual experience. Malted barley. Fresh spring water. Yeast. It's so difficult to explain to those that have not gone down this rabbit hole that every release, from all distilleries, anywhere in the world, is completely and uniquely different even though they all start out the same. Every...single...one. It's what keeps us interested and coming back to whisk(e)y again, and again...and again. Fantastic review and excellent tasting notes. Cheers to the week to come! "m"e 🇨🇦

I liked them both! The 25 was great value for the cost! The 15 was a great way to get the flavour of Hazelburn or Kilkerran
