Thanks for the comprehensive tutorial. I wish there were less, or even better not at all, these "oh my god", "awsome", "cool" etc and would have prefer a "how to do things with Indesign" rather than "look what indesign can do" approach. Hey David, thanks a lot for your Tutorial! Its the first one i can really follow and i learn a lot. But im getting crazy at the part where we are placing the first image and put it in the Layer section on top. In my case all the all the other elements are disappearing completely when i place the image on top and is in the background (like in your example) when its placed on the bottom of the Layers. Any clue whats going on there?
