Thanks for the comments. It is early morning here and as I edit Cádiz, Spain, my trusty ipad informs me that somewhere on planet earth Irene is responding. (Check out my corona lockdown film to see exactly where I’m sitting!) The pumpkin spice comment is what did it. it is my elder daughter’s favourite! I guess you are in the New World, so I’ll end by saying goodnight. Goodnight Irene that is...Paul

@@prsw100 Hi Paul. I'm from the United States, Texas. Also, I need to try and figure out why it is posting my comments as Irene, which is incorrect. But it's close. Do you also have a face book page for your travel-related adventures? And yes, I'm on lock down. But I'm enjoying your incredibly eloquent videos, both from a visual perspective as well as from a narrative one. You should creatively write (if you don't already). You have a gift for language, which can only be attributed to being an avid reader. That's a large part of the appeal of your videos for me. There are many beautiful videos circulating. But very few have great narration as well. I'm hooked on your videos. I'm a fan. :)

P.S. I think these videos are exciting because they incorporate two of my loves: art and literature. I ended up being a scientist, which I also love. But my original loves were art and lit. I also worked in independent film for a little while in Houston, Texas with a goal to learn to be a DP or director. I mostly was on the location scouting, production, and production assistant ends. However, I ended up re-entering my original field (research), and so I had to put my aspirations to be a cinematographer on the back burner. When I was still doing indie film, I contemplated buying a Black Magic camera, but settled for a Cannon instead out of a fear that the Black Magic would be too advanced for a beginner. But the Black Magic shoots in RAW, so my limited understanding at the time is that the resolution would be amazing, however the files would be enormous. I went as far as to buy several kinds of lenses too. I even worked on a few short films sets. It was fascinating. But unfortunately, I re-entered research before I even had a chance to play with my Cannon. I had to table that hobby to re-enter my field with is very time-consuming. So you are living the traveling life that I would have loved to have lived if I wouldn't have been a researcher. Ok, I'll spare you any further short biographies of my life now. THANK YOU and carry on!

@@prsw100 I just changed my name to "LovesToTravel." There's a boring story behind why I think it was coming up as Irene Harris, that I won't belabor. Just letting you know that I've changed my name, but it's still me. :)
