On the 2nd last point on Hijab in School controversy, I agree with the J Sai Deepak, except that today's Hijab in school shouldn't be allowed to become tomorrow's Burqa in School. And I am pretty sure, the strong sentiment of Hindu students, especiallly Girl students who told on camera that they know what to do next, wearing saffron shawls, saved the day for a short time in legal battlefield.

Language is main part of Indian Islam- after partition new rulers imposed the urdu as the one national language in both east and west Pakistan despite knowing the fact that those areas allready has a established languages like Punjabi, Urdu, Sindhi, baloch. Bhrata, the concept of uniformity in school dresses comes from the West which itself draws it's roots from the Industrial Revolution and Western corporate culture wherein both men and women were encouraged to dress in formal attire and to reduce the workplace harrasment that the female workers were getting on a regular basis. If we are going to become Bharat again which we will, then let's do it in the true Bharatiya way. Why shy away in the garb of a mythical secularism when it comes to education. I'm not saying that we should start wearing dhotis and kurtas to school and college campuses but atleast we should not be guilt tripped and made to be hyper aware of ourselves when wearing a tilak or janeu when we are in the academic campuses. If the so-called minority is given full right, then the same courtesy should be extended to us as well.

The word hindu was coined by the mugals who couldn't pronounce Sindhu with reference to the river, hence the extension Hinduism. However, it's no secret that Hinduism has its roots in the original teachings of the Vedic scripture which is known as sanatana dharma. This is not true. Hindu word is much archaic than that. The omission of the sound 's' and using 'h' in it's place is common in languages spoken in north Western part of India like Punjabi amd Gujarati. For example Punjabi say "paise" as "pehe". The same is said about the word India, that it was coined by British and there was no India back then. Which is also not true. The word "India" is Atleast 2000 years old when Megasthenes (Greek) came here and wrote a book naming it as Indica.

He says judiciary does not make legislation Ever since enunciation and acceptance of doctrine of (fiction) basic structure judiciary can call out any legislation passed by Parliament and decision of the executive as null and avoid. Judiciary is giving directions to both legislature and executive. Judiciary is God.

Simple logic The suffix *-istan* comes from the Persian root istan, or "land" or स्थान -hence the "land/स्थान of the ..... community. Afghanistan is an Afghan land/राष्ट्र and ppl residing here are afghans. Kazakhstan is a kazhak land/राष्ट्र and ppl residing here are kazhaks. Uzbekistan is an Uzbek राष्ट्र and ppl residing here are Uzbeks. Turkmenistan is a turkmen राष्ट्र and ppl residing here are Turkmen. Kyrgyzstan is a kyrgyz राष्ट्र and ppl residing here are kyrgyz.
