Most of the Hindus who were attacked were members of Awami League. However, that doesn't justify the attacks. They were ally of Sheikh Hasina's fascist regime. Now, they're seeking protection as Hindus. They're blowing hot and cold. Many people along with general students, Madrasa students, members of Hafajot-E-Islam, Bangladesh Nationalist Party and Jamaat-E-Islami have been guarding the Hindu temples and their houses in absence of the police. Besides, the Army has been vigilant. Maybe, Awami League particularly Sheikh Hasina wants the Hindus to be on the streets in order to regain their power within the country.

Here is no minority or majority in Bangladesh according to the constitution.
