'First war of independence' was retroactively used. It was not a fight for independence, it was soldiers mutiny for better treatment.

@@maxdavis7722 yeah fairly local. Core centers of company power like bengal and madras did not rebel. Basically only contained in the northern plains and central India. Awadh, jhansi, Gwalior and other minor princes. My point is that it was more than a sepoy mutiny though I don't agree with the name "First war of independence" either.

The Harappan civilization was 80-75% in nowadays Pakistan and the most famous one "Indus" valley civilization was in area of today's Pakistan. in fact the name "India" is derived from the province of Pakistan called "Sindh" which Persians called as "Hind" and then the Greeks called it as "Indus" and then The Britishers called it "India". I have no hate towards Indians and I consider them as brothers but "BGP" is really ruining India by dividing people on the basis of Religions for votes. 🇵🇰❤️🇮🇳
