Is this Budget only for Bihar, Andhra and BJP governed state or PUNJAB AND BENGAL ARE NOT PART OF INDIA? Modi is not the PM of India. He is the PM of Gujrat, Bihar, Andhra e. Throw him out Of Delhi. He should go and stay in Gujrat or Andhra or Bihar to be drown away in floods .
