To answer you, they complemented each other genuinely at the end of the interview but just edited out. Corey said she is brave etc and India said he is emotionally intellegent and a very good friend. They developed a great trust and supported each other through work and press tour.

Thank you for mentioning that phenomenon of the Internet trying to fulfill fantasies about celebrities. It’s something I’ve always thought is odd and kind of harmful, considering that these are real people that we’re sort-of forcing a fantastical relationship onto rather than just accepting that they… just happen to work together!! I think your frank assessments of their interactions help us move away from that kind of thinking. Not every positive interaction between two people is defined as a romantic interaction-it’s okay to just see a nice connection between two people without associating any further meaning to that

regarding your comments about him not complimenting her directly, i think it’s just the interviews you’ve seen of them so far. he is very complimentary towards her and doesn’t hesitate to praise her! it is quite lovely to see actually. they are usually so sarcastic and jokey, when they’re serious and complimenting each other you can tell how much they truly care for one another. i just love these two 😁💜

I was instantly taken with these two with just one recommended video on YT. I never heard of Queen Charlotte so I saw the series after that and I was an emotional mess. I'm a little obsessed now to my detriment and wish that they both were single and able to take their chemistry to the next level but I can tell Ms. India has not allowed herself to have feelings now Corey on the other hand the looks he gives her are insane imho.

So I was commenting on this as the video played, and Yes. That ending where they "compliment each other" is long. Lol This is the edited version which is most played, for some reason. There is a longer version where Corey begins with a STRING of beautiful compliments about India (which he's done in countless other interviews) and then India follows giving her own endearing list. I'm not sure why this version is the most available one, but yeah.... there is an unedited where they beautifully compliment one another, which - again- they do quite regularly right along with the playful banter. 😎

Based on your analysis here, and also from what I’ve seen in other videos with them, and even from my own personal experiences with guys I’ve been attracted to, it definitely seems like they have a very natural and undeniable chemistry and attraction that isn’t simply friendly or sibling-like. They definitely try to subvert some of their attraction and energy through playful banter and teasing and flirting, which is quite common, and also they apparently edited this video because in this and other videos I’ve seen, they very much openly compliment one another and their level of attention and engagement and focus and attention on one another is NOT simply friendly. I also very much act similarly as India when there’s been attraction and interest between me and that guy. I will definitely tease and banter with them and try to subvert some of my own attraction also to see if they have a good sense of humor and also it can be a little vulnerable when you like someone. I’ve seen this same thing between other girls and guys. Also, as you mentioned, Corey having a gf, he may will definitely try to subvert and also express his own attraction through allowing India to tease him and his own playful and teasing responses. Friends can tease each other without it being labeled as 'flirting'. I think this video is adding to the social media noise that just doesn't want to accept that India and Corey are just friends. They've said it multiple times. If that's what they've decided, in spite of their chemistry, then just let it rest. The number of people that were sending hateful comments to Corey for bringing a loved one (his gf) to celebrate his big moment. It's very disheartening. This insane obsession with the private lives of famous people needs to stop. We don't know them. Why over analyze? They are interviewing each other. Of course, they are paying attention to each other. You've seen two videos. I've seen over 20. They've said it multiple times that the reason they have such a strong bond is because they both hadn't done intimacy scenes or big jobs that required them to be extremely emotionally vulnerable. They were filming for 8 months, 12 hours a day. Plus extra script work after the 12hrs . If you watch their multiple videos, you will learn that they are fond of each other, not that they are flirting. This is so dear to my heart because we forget that these are people. Do y'all even consider the feelings of Corey's gf? The invasiveness and extreme nature of 'fans' is not the way to support them. Please encourage your viewers to stay out of their private lives. Separate their profession from their personal lives. That's why a lot of celebrities deal with so many mental issues. I agree with you here except for the one about bringing his gf to an event. He has every right to do that. What was wrong is the fact he allowed his love relationship to influence his work & Tudum was work. Shondaland paid for that trip so he promoted the series and thanked his fans who made QC a success. But what he did instead was being rude & awkward to his co-star and his fans. For crying aloud, he said "it could be anyone else" and that rubbed many people the wrong way. Btw, I don't ship them because India shows no interest and sees him as a friend. Who self-respecting woman would want a bf with a baggage.
