kashmiri people have the right to cast their vote and participate in the country's electoral process. They enjoy certain reservations and relaxations in Indian education institutions and government jobs. Kashmir is not being silenced. Kashmir is being mainstreamed. Kashmir's economy is thriving, receiving overseas investments are flowing in. Cinema halls are being built, railway lines are being constructed road connectivity is improving. I urge the interviewer to go visit and see Kashmir for himself. Ofcourse people like Rana Ayyub who are influential voices and receive funding from Pakistani ISI are not going to be happy with a progressing Kashmir.

The Muslim population of India was 9.0 percent approximately of the total population of India in 1951 which is over 14 percent today which means Muslims are thriving in India. Only other region in which the minority population has risen as a percentage of total population is the developed OECD countries where migrants feel safe. Contrast this with steep fall in minority population of Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Sri lanka, and Myanmar. Interestingly in muslim majority countries, the population of muslim majority has gone up. Pew and some other organizations have published reports on religious population trends of 167 countries over last 55 years. Read and report on data given in them. Middle East and north African countries had substantial Christian and Jewish populations till 1950s which have declined.
