Be it govt coffers from revenue collection to farm produce, Thus it is in position to grant handouts to poorer country like nepal, Bangladesh, afghanistan, maldives, sri lanka. It never faces balance of payment crisis nor does it goes to IMF to avoid such crisis. Nor does it's economy depend upon one pdts. And don't care about hinterland india. It is non of your job. India is union of state. Revenue collection from bombay, delhi, madras, banglore, kolkata gandhinagar is so huge that it can take care of entire india. Care about yourself which gets 75% of export income from stitching, fishing. India is quite generous when it comes to its neighbours. This is how crores of bangladeshi are surviving here as rickshaw puller, fixing puncture, as domestic help, construction labourers plus drawing handouts from govt of india! Thanks!!
