Adani's ( electricity charges ) due is approximately $1 billion and IOC's ( gas supply and petroleum products supply ) is approximately $ 2 billion. There's many more and also India is giving non refundable aids ( through annual budget like Afghanistan, Nepal, Maldives, Srilanka and Bhutan etc ) to Bangladesh every year.
