Oh my god!! The chairman of the Board of Directors of Infosys has food and drinks with the employees in the food court. The wife of the chairman and main board member sit down on the floor and give interviews. Each person has 1000s of crores to their names and yet so down to earth.

intriguing that a software company of those years made so much money... but i agree with Mrs Murthy that the middle class way of life is the best of anything in this country.. Wipro and Infy changed the face of bangalore and karnataka for all of us who grew here in the 70s n 80s...90s... We were sort of lucky to become world citizens thanks to the type of industry nurtured by these pioneers and the other mncs that clustered in namma bengaluru...in the late 80s through the 2000s... of course now everything has changed... our city is not the good old beautiful place it was... but still... nothing... no place like bengaluru for me... wont exchange it for any other place in the world...

Very nice to hear the intial problems in business srating ,i recall my earler years of business starting in 1976 after my engineering degree in 1972. But when i was out in 2014 ,there was lot of changes in the policy to encourage business, I was in the business of solar energy in association with TATA BP Solar. KVR Rao.

Good to know about Murthy family and his success. This interview is very old. Murthy Sir, Recently I was interviewed through webcam in Noth America. During the interview , INTERVIEWERS , who I believe were in India asked to put on the webcam and they did not. So they were able to see me and I was not able to see them. This is common during Infosys interview. Sir, I request to ask your HR to change this policy so the candidate is not at an disadvantage. Its rude that they dont show their face.
