Examples: "he recited passages of Dante" "she recited the dates and names of kings and queens" So Rahul Gandhi clearly recited the durood. And Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam is clearly one of the duroods, In fact, the shortest one. I have double-checked this fact right now with the scholar. Attaching durood to the name of prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam is respect itself.
