I would suggest that b4 visiting any historical monument plz know the real history behind it and not the distorted version as being circulated nowadays. Muslim monarch's ruled India for more than a thousand yrs These majestic monuments are the reminders of the glorious era of Muslim rule and still stand strong for centuries. From Mumbai.

Also u may read 'Akbar Nama', written by Emperor Akbar. Also 'Discovery Of India's,:written by Ist PM of India Jawaharlal Nehru.
