He brought about drastic changes in DRDO opening new Laboratoires for Scientific and Technical R & D.* *Ex President Dr APJ Abdul Kalam never visited any Mandir or Masjid when he joined Govt service, but when he laid down the corner stone of New Nalanda University, he made up his mind to visit Mahabodhi Temple, Bodhgaya and he did visit once..!* *one journalistic asked Dr Kalam **_"How come you are visiting a Buddhist Temple..?"_** He humbly answered:* *_What is harm in visiting a Scientist to another Great Scientist of this World..?_* *What an answer he gave was beyond one's comprehension..!* *It proves his praise to Lord Buddha and his status of dignity, whereas your's Mr Ramnath Kovid...??
