the reasons explained are not the only reasons. I live in NYC and I send a lot of money back home. My family is doing well, but I invest that money in Indian stocks because the market in India is big and the returns are significant. As far as the number of jobs are concerned, layoffs are happening everywhere, not because governments are not doing well, but because AI is taking over a huge chunk of the workforce. I advice the young people to choose a line of occupation which either involves developing AI models, or will take time for AI to affect it. Hope it helps!

Especially the govt. should look into people going to Europe and far east and their pervert purpose for holidays. We have over 15 eco systems in the sub continent from seashore, hills to deserts to snow covered paradise. But we cannot develop for environment reasons. Foreign education is another drain. No foreign country accepts Indian degrees of late and want to at least take 1 degree from the host country to be employed. Foreign destination marriages are another bane on the economy. This high volume of remittances, reveals that India is not the place for the average person to stay and to generate wealth. And there is the risk that over time, a proportion of this diaspora or their descendants will never return to India. What has happened to India's wheel of virtue?

Citizens working in PVT companies work harder, earn more and give higher income taxes. Whereas citizens working in Govt jobs are known for their cultural issues about work, earn less and give lesser income tax. Yet Govt has pension schemes for Govt employees. Eg after paying 3 million rupees in taxes on an average every year for 35 odd years a citizen in India gets RS 2100 pension under pension scheme of EPFO that amounts to 26 dollars at current rate. There is no medical insurance after retirement like Govt employees. In comparison to India if one looses job say in Italy, his 85% of last drawn salary is assured by Govt for 2 years. And his pension is at least 1500 dollars. Govt is just taking from its hard working citizens without even thinking about their welfare. Another example; after retirement EPFO officers harasses and demands huge cuts to settle the PF final settlement or they keep rejecting the claim harassing the honest income tax paying citizens. One may write to Labour ministry, PMO, EPFO on social media for help, but no one even acknowledges. This is the ground reality of honest citizens of India.
