Change Article 29 of the UN Charter. Remove all veto and give it to continental blocks instead . This will promote peace and cooperation even between adversaries . Also give permanent seats to the G4 + Two countries chosen by the African Union .

USA , Russia, France and UK supports India to obtain permanent UNSC seat. WHAT WILL CHINA SAY? Even the US would want to protect its veto power, and though has endorsed India gaining a permanent seat in principle, it won't do so in practice. US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Nicholas Burns said in 2008 that the country would want to preserve the veto and "do not want to extend a veto to new permanent members." Many also suggest India's foreign policy- non-commital stance Western interests, including in Russia-Ukraine conflict, could be a reason for the Western nations to adopt such a stance in principle.

To the queries posed by DDI Channel to HE Amb. Prabhu Dayal on India being excluded from the security council (Veto power) of UNO, Amb. Dayal rightly said that existing five permanent members use Veto only to suit their ends, not considering if it endangers world peace. Even amending the UN constitution needs support of these five, which they are reluctant to provide. Hence the UN body has become non effective in sorting out issues that matter. It is a sad state of affairs, and no easy solution has been found yet.

Didn't you notice!? When Modi came yo power he did exactly that. He went to China and invited Xi Xinping to India more than one time for this very reason, and by that I mean business security and creation of multi polar world. But i gather from analysts that China didn't want Asia to be multi polar essentially meaning it wanted india to be junior partner of China and bid for China's hegemonic design. India refused so demchowk and galwan happened. Remember China promising a total investment of US$ 100 billions in just one go and that too for initial things. But then Bhutan border clash happened and India finally told China that its not gonna happen. So that is that. For your Q; China isn't ready for India. Maybe they will give us a deal after we become US$ 10 trillion economy. Right now we wre very weak and China thinks India won't be able to fight with its own lethargic and hard to change democratic system to turn it into business centric.

Yes but collectively representing Asia is hectic. Since china is not a fully democratic country they can't promise to value every voice in Asia. Coming to Russia we don't know when another war will break out it's a pretty unstable state. So the only stable democratic nation which can represent Asia especially south asia which rarely gets recognition over their internal conflicts as well as external threats it is going to be a great aid for India to represent Asia (especially south asia)

USA and South Africa each one, Russia one and Europe two, which they have. That would be fair. and just.Majority voices should rule. in decision making.

@@Majan-v8K well appreciate your quite broad understanding, the thing is either league of Nations or it's UN both were and are result of post world war world order where the power was distributed only to serve the interest of those who actively participated as nation and were victorious. Why we people of bharat (India) say is that todays world is much more multipolar and interconnected and yet the conflicts never end one of the root causes is because the people who are at the decision making positions are the ones who actively promote these wars if it suits their interest and become a guardian of peace if it doesn't. Bharat 🇮🇳 is not only a promoter of peace but also represents voices of those to whom these hypocrites call as third world countries, And so not only bharat but all those under represented be it JAPAN, BRAJIL, AFRICA LATIN AMERICA must be given a proper and equal representation 🙏🇮🇳🙂

Education :105/128 Peace Index: 139/ 169 Healthcare: 145/190 Pollution:120/122 Press freedom 159/180, Per Capita GDP 142/180 per capita income 2.4k where Maldives is 16.8k & USA is 65k .. currency rate is similar to bangladesh 1:1.30. over 300 million lived in India below 1$ per day.. and what a jokes they believe they are top 20 country in the world 😂

India has never attacked any country & inspite of low per capita GDP, India has shown 100% growth in the last 10 years & the country with highest GDP growth in the world.
