In Vimana Shastra, it is mentioned that mercury is used as fuel for vimanas. If you ask any aeronautical engineer whether they could ever conceive of an airplane flying on mercury, they would tell you that it is the ultimate dream. This is because one drop of mercury could potentially provide the energy equivalent of ten barrels of oil. However, modern engineers have not yet been able to tame mercury. So, it may very well be the fuel of the future.

I have a huge amount of respect for Sri KK Muhammed but heartily disagree with him on some of his view regarding temple reclamation. When he says that, "There would be civil war" if temples other than Mathura and Gyanvapi are pressed forward by the Hindus for taking them back, no one doubts that that civil war would be initiated by the Muslims. Please note that Hindus claiming a temple would be through a court case and presenting of evidence, _not_ through street veto power. Why should this lead to a civil war when Hindus are not going to initiate the violence, unless, of course, it is the Muslims who are going to? The bigger question is, of course, who gives KK Muhammed the authority to tell the Hindus to be content with just these theree temples (including Ayodhya) and not ask for any more. Suppose a thief has come to your house and robbed you of your belongings, and suppose both the thief and the belongings have been recovered. Will one say that, ok, hand over the three most important items and don't ask for the remaining to be handed over. BTW, even for these three items, we will give you back the stolen items and also give the thief, as compensation for the recovery, some other item (as was done in the Ayodhya case by giving land for the construction of a mosque). We have completely lost our sense of justice and the unalterable principles behind them. Here is a thought experiment: suppose Hindus had converted mosques into temples and Muslims of fighting to reclaim them. They would not stop until every last mosque has been reclaimed. Moreover, the Muslim side would not be fighting these cases in courts but in the streets. In Tiurpur (TN), a court ordered the demolition of an illegal mosque. But the revenue officials could not carry out the court order because Muslim gathered in large numbers and caused chaos. The officials backed out and, AFAIK, the illegal mosque has not been demolished _despite a court order_ . BTW, "Truth and Reconciliation" simply won't work in the Hindu-Muslim context, and here's why: Past atrocities against Hindus that the Muslims committed were based on their religious beliefs as outlined in the Quran . And the Quran is unalterable . Hence it is naive to expect that Muslims of today will perceive the past actions, which were based on their Holy Book , as being wrong. For Truth and Reconciliation to work, the first step is to acknowledge as wrong what was done earlier. Hence, in the Muslim-Hindu context, "truth and reconciliation" will be an absolute non-starter. Those who suggesting it have simply not understood the basic problem. Even if someone initiates it without fearing the loss of votes, it won't go anywhere because the Muslim side will reject it _in toto_ without explicitly stating the reasons behind it. The same is true when suggesting that one can't blame today's Muslims for past destruction. Let me repeat that the past destruction was based on their Holy Book. And today's Muslims believe completely in the same Holy Book! If today's Muslims have no connection to past atrocities, they would acknowledge these as wrong, and would work with Hindus in handing over at least the important holy sites (such as Kashi and Mathura). Instead, they are fighting tooth and nail to oppose every legal case. In the Gyanvapi case, when a judgement favouring the Hindus was read out in a lower court in UP at 10am, the Muslim side was in the Supreme Court in Delhi at 2pm to appeal the verdict. Anticipating this, the redoubtable Sri Vishnu Jain was also there at 2pm, much to the surprise of the peacefuls. Hence, to expect any reconciliation from the Muslims of today shows complete ignorance of the basic problem.

3rd Century - Sanchi Stupa is a dome , arch was seen in the Gupta period. With all due respect to K.K sir the elements of the mosque don't justify the base of a structure. May be the birth place of Islam l, it is a desert area, so to protect the beautiful, long hair of ladies to protect from dust& harsh sun rays. they might have been cover thier hair.

1. Taj Mahal archs are quite similar to jai singh palace arches... Even in jaipur all the hindu king's places have the same arches still... 2. The hypothesis of structures similar to qutub minar being found in central Asia doesn't mean qutub minar is an islamic structure... There are 100feet budha statues destroyed by taliban recently in afganistan and all these central asian countries are once part of Bharat. It initially seems all these are extremist claims tejo mahalaya and qutub minar but even a day spent researching about the claim will put you in doubt about the historic authenticity... Every structure requires a thorough investigation independent of claimants background. 3. Taj Mahal and qutub minar have zero references in mughal history and the dubious reasons of their construction have to be fact checked before them being ascertained to islamic structures. 4. The very basis of Archeology has an English foundations and can't quite be used from an aging perspective because for English men history stops at xtianity and everything discovered before it is a coincidence/not original. Including gravity whose very origin of the word is sanskrit gururtvakarshana =gravitational attraction. 5. Has the muhammad sir done any research on existence of vimana.? A vimana can be even a hot air baloon and while kites and rockets and maths and skillsmen have their roots in India do you think building an air baloon was difficult for people of those times?
