Hailing from Bhagalpur, I have some additional informations:- 1) It is known as “सोंस(sons)” in this region or may be be much a part of Ganga basin. 2) The Dolphin Man of India is- 'Ravindra Kumar Sinha'- a biologist from Bihar, Padma Shri Awardee, Alumnus of Patna Science College. 3) R K Sinha is credited for the naming of Gangetic River Dolphin as National Aquatic Animal. 4) Bhagalpur is among the very few cities on the bank of Ganga where the river is quite deep and favourable for Dolphins. 5) The Greater Adjutant Stork(Garuda) is living today in only 3 places, Combodia, Assam and Bhagalpur, the total population of this bird world-wide is 1400 out of which 700 stays here at Bhagalpur in Kadawa Diyara and Khairpur Village of Naugachia. 6) During Floods in Ganga River in BGP area, it is very easy to watch a dolphin.

सर मै सुल्तानगंज से हु मैंने यहाँ पर बाबा अजगैबी नाथ मंदिर के पास स्नान किया हु और इसी मंदिर मे पहले जलाभिषेक करते है उसके बाद बाबा बैधनाथ धाम देओघर जाते है और यहाँ पर तो रिवर राफ्टिंग भी स्टार्ट होगा एक बढ़िया टूरिस्म प्लेस बनेगा
