Nice Vlog.. I think that Bangalore to Chennai is a heavy competitive route so as per my suggestion pricing wise this bus gonna hit down. I am regular traveler from blgr to chn. Persnally i think that Neugo seater is good but not the sleeper ones as If we are paying 1400 rupees we can get to travel in volvo sleeper many times.

If you want to travel safely with family mostly prefer KSRTC ambari sleeper or else choose the operators with good rating is the small hack I usually prefer. Personally I am telling to you I had a bad exeprience with Neugo for two times they cancelled my tickets two times after going to the bus stop i got to know the ticket has been cancelled.@@chonlm

@@chonlm I personally prefer ksrtc ambari its clean and time management or else you can choose the bus operators based upon their ratings which helps a lot for most of time. I had a bad experience with Neugo 2 times as they cancelled my ticket without even informing me till I reach the bus stop. Horrible tho!!
