This is the era of swarm hive minded AI driven AUV's (Autonomous Underwater Vehicles). China is already making a significant push in this direction and with that in mind is also mapping the underwater surface wherever possible in order to create their own Chinese underwater gps to guide these autonomous AUV's. Can India afford to stay out of this future game by investing in technologies that will become redundified by out of the box next gen offensive weapons. A single large submarine will not be able to hold its own against a swarm of 100 AUV's. Such minitiarised autonomous weapons will at that time also consume a fraction of the resources (time, money, manpower, maintenance and so much more) while wielding a significantly larger chance of being ahead in the conflict and also possessing a smaller indispensability leaving the weilders of such weapons the advantage of achieving more with less. A suitable balance in redundancy would be to not only invest in the conventional large weapons as described in the video but also simultaneously not neglect to invest in autonomous miniature drone wingman AUV's that can be deployed in large numbers.

Indian Navy has INS Arihant which is SSBN or in simple words, nuclear powered + capable of launching a ballistic missile. Building a submarine which is SSBN is a complicated task. INS was SSN, only nuclear powered not nuclear armed.
