Eventually they will be completed, but the more important thing is that in India,every construction project gets delayed because of numerous resistance from any institutions .So this is the greatest hurdle in India's growth in my opinion.

@@dholakpurkirakhi434 I said that most of the development is confined to Mumbai/Delhi. In Kerala for instance there is small roads(1 lane) which has several potholes. But even that isn’t the worst if compared to east India. There are a few development projects but only less than a handful.

Im of Indian descent -approx 5 generation removed. ALthough I have a kinship with India, I still am able to see it thru a foreigners lens.
