@@rajput2736 यह बात क्या सरकार को पता नहीं थी 2014 से? 10 लाख से अधिक संख्या होने पर मेट्रो चालू हो सकती है। यहां तो 15 लाख है 2022 तक। भविष्य का सोचकर मेट्रो का कंस्ट्रक्शन होना चाहिए था। आने वाले 4-5 साल में यह संख्या 20 लाख तक हो जाएगी। मेट्रो के नाम पर फ्लाईओवर डाल दिया। जबलपुर में 97 + किलोमीटर प्रस्तावित है। 2023 के एमपी चुनाव में फिर से वादा किया गया था। की जबलपुर में मेट्रो का काम होगा अभी तक नहीं हुआ।🥺🥺

So, Bharat will exceed the US metro network but with 4 times the population. To be equivalent Bharat will have to be 4 times the US network. Even China is behind the US on this metric so there's a long way to go to viksit Bharat by 2047.

The question is: how do metros play the role in reaching viksit BHARAT by 2047? I suggest that comparisons with China is more appropriate in 2024 to see how we should be like in 2044. There is a long way to go. Do note that BHARAT has population 4 times the US in 1/3 the land area. This has massive implications for the need for metros and other infrastructure in order to reach visit BHARAT level of development.
