Who remembers late 70s early 80s when Sardar pav bhaji was the king of amul butter servings only to be shutdown by BMC food when they found that it was Mutton Tallo/Lard that he used which the generous servings as amul and that surely helped flavoring vut was a scandal for the vegetarians ...after that it came back in late 90s after people forgot. hope they are now using the real stuff. if you lived thru 70s-90s in mumbai you should remember
