Branded shops use gloves , street vendors and customers in India are used to the bare hand taste, and it really makes a difference , try once

Started the business 49 years ago in 1980, add 49 years, the time they alledge they have been trading, onto 1980, to very simple me, that now makes it the year 2029, I hope their food is better than their maths. Although I would certainly rather go hungry than risk eating what their preparing. It really beats me why some folk are so unhygienic, they should save up and buy a spoon or a mixer, or maybe some clean water and soap to wash their hands with, they don't cost much.
