There is not a single problem which has simple solution. The simplest problem is Economic. If CN writes off 45Bn $ loans and some country with large heart gives 5oBn infrastructure and current account grant, the solution is in sight. But dreams are as rosy as the harsh reality. Now the immediate concern is, Atta and that too of edible quality.
