From Delhi for a single person: Iceland Budget Flight Cost return: 90K per person depending on season and when you book it including baggage. Schengen Visa Cost: 8K per person Hotel Depending on budget: 8K per apartment and 3K for hostel. Airbnb can be opted which we did. Food cost: depends on person to person - ideally 2-2.5K with decent options but can go up to 10K as well. Sim Cost: 2K for 15 days for one sim with data. Activity Cost- For all different packages, you can check videos or following link. Taxi Cost - 1.5 to 2 Lakh approx. for a week. Above is dependent on your preference of hotel/hostel, food choices and flight offer. Also, depending on how many days you are planning. But all it is worth it.
