I think that keeping people of north korea isolated from the rest of the world has been a crime. This country has like india proved that sanctions can only delay but can't stop any country from developing weapons to suit its needs. China russia and now india will help north korea move into mainstream geopolitics. If north korea is a threat to some countries, why should india/china/russia restrict their mutual relations with this country.

North Korea has already started developing despite the sanctions. So the US will be even more desperate to keep the sanctions on. Because if the sanctions are lifted even for one day, North Korea will apply for loans from Chinese banks and import tons and tons of steel also from China with that loans, and build so many factories and new infrastructure. This is the real reason why US is desperate to not soften the sanctions even one bit.
